About the Job
Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on commercial excavation, earthmoving, site prep, and utility projects.

What You’ll Do:
- Operate excavators, dozers, blades, scrapers, and related equipment.
- Perform daily equipment inspections.
- Manage grading, loading, and material placement.
- Maintain safe jobsite operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years heavy equipment operating experience.
- Proficiency operating at least one: excavator, dozer, blade, or scraper.
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record.
- CDL preferred.
- Must pass drug screen and background check.
