General Laborer

About the Job
We’re hiring dependable laborers to support excavation and utility construction crews. This role involves physical outdoor work, use of hand and power tools, and supporting equipment operators and foremen on active job sites.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with conduit placement and utility installation.
- Support trench digging and backfill operations.
- Move materials, tools, and equipment around the jobsite.
- Fuel and maintain equipment as directed.
- Pull wire and cable through conduit.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
What We’re Looking For:
- Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record.
- Must pass drug screen and background check.
Work Environment:
- Outdoor construction environment.
- Physical work including lifting, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
- Overtime may be required based on project needs.
